Ringing in the 2026-2027 School Year!

It was wonderful to welcome the new school year at this year’s Opening Ceremony, a cherished Léman tradition that brings our community together each fall.
The celebration began with members of the Class of 2027 guiding Lower School students into the festivities hand-in-hand - a meaningful tradition that marks the start of a new academic chapter for our youngest students while honoring our seniors as school leaders. Juniors followed with the parade of flags that represents the 100+ nations within our community, before students shared a multilingual welcome!
The ceremony continued with remarks from Student Council President Asher A. '27, a special performance by 9th Graders Alexandra G. and Seher O., and the traditional ringing of the bells to officially kick off the new school year!
