We’re excited to continue our Faculty Spotlight series by celebrating Theodore Preston, Léman’s Upper School International Baccalaureate Math Teacher. Now in his 4th year at Léman and his 40th year as an educator, Ted inspires students to see math not just as numbers, but as a source of curiosity, creativity, and fun!
Ted is passionate about transforming students’ mindsets, helping them move from “I can’t do it” to “I can do it,” and showing them that math can be both challenging and joyful. Whether through problem-solving, hands-on projects, or playful exploration, he fosters confidence and a love of learning in every classroom. We’re grateful for Ted’s unwavering dedication to empowering students and shaping a community where curiosity and growth thrive!
