Seniors Celebrate College Acceptances on Pinning Day

On Monday, April 27, the class of 2020 was invited to participate in a beloved Léman tradition, Senior Pinning Day. While in past years, this event has usually taken place in the College Counseling Office where students "pin" their chosen school on a map of the world while enjoying some celebratory treats, this year it was held virtually with seniors submitting videos of themselves announcing their school of choice which, along with some special messages from faculty and staff, were compiled into a special piece representing these students' amazing achievements.
The pinning tradition also continues with the usual physical map being transformed into a virtual one, representing all the schools where our students will be enrolling in the fall. These pins will be added to the physical board in the College Counseling Office when we all return to school.
